The material offered by Miss Nat's Ideas © must be intended for Personal or Educational use, meeting the following requirements:

• The digital material must be used in a secure format, protected by a password, including LMS (Learning Management Systems) and platforms such as Google Classroom or Moodle, among others.

• The material cannot be published on other sites, social networks or public or private media.

* Personal or Educational Use is defined as use by a single individual (Teacher, Father, Mother, etc). Personal or Educational use does not allow the product, material or resource to be shared or re-sold.

Commercial Use * (Fonts and clip art)

All Miss Nat's Ideas © graphics are owned by Natalia Gonzalez and may not be resold or distributed. They cannot be used to create other graphics such as clip art, stickers or logos. For this type of use, you need to purchase an extended single-use license.

The Business License allows you to:

• Use Miss Nat's Ideas graphics to create educational material to be sold on sites, blogs, and other platforms. All images must be incorporated into a new and original resource and cannot be marketed as printable graphics in themselves.

• Use the graphics from Miss Nat's Ideas for educational purposes in activities, flashcards with texts and online activities.

• Use Miss Nat's Ideas graphics to decorate your blog or social networks, only if the site is not geared towards sales or Marketing and advertising.

• Use the graphics from Miss Nat's Ideas to create coloring pages for Personal Use only or for your students. It is not allowed to publish these works in any public or private site under any circumstances.

The commercial license does not allow you:

• Modify the graphics in shape or color.

• Use the graphics as printable versions without text and / or without Educational purpose.

• Create other graphics, clip art or stickers.

All products incorporating Miss Nat's Ideas © graphics must give credit to Natalia Gonzalez or "Miss Nat's Ideas ©", along with a link to the site, and logo.

* Commercial Use is defined as use for the purpose of creating free or paid resources or materials to be downloaded digitally or offered physically.

Diamond Membership

All Diamond members access these benefits:

• 50% discount on the entire store for the duration of the membership. The discount is applied with a code that is sent to the members with the renewal of the membership. and it is non-transferable to use.

• Access to Miss Nat's Bank of Ideas, with more than 20 proposals, ideas and resources for English classes, organized in: Reading, Writing, Speaking, Games, Celebrations, Tools, Social Skills. Some ideas contain additional downloads, and "Celebrations" is updated each month with important dates and ideas and proposals for celebrating them in the classroom.

• Access to a cumulative weekly download, which is renewed after 10 weeks. They are found in the member sector, and the download is the responsibility of the member. At 10 (ten) weeks after discharge 1 (one), the counter returns to 0 (zero) and a new discharge period of 10 weeks begins. Downloads can be printable, interactive, or files of other types and uses.

• Access to Drive's virtual library, where Miss Nat keeps her Worksheets and material that she collects every year to work in her classes, with more than 200 files. Membership is paid month in advance. After the renewal date, if the membership remains unpaid, the member will be paused until it is renewed. After 7 days unpaid, the member will be terminated.
